Accessibility Statement

We want every diner and every restaurant to be able to use FullFork. This page says what we do, what we know is not there yet, and how to reach us.

Our standard

We aim for the FullFork website and restaurant dashboard to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and by California law. Conformance is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certification, and we review it as the product changes.

What we do

  • Every page has a language declaration, a descriptive title, and a skip-to-content link.
  • Pages use real headings, landmarks, lists, and tables so screen readers can navigate by structure.
  • All controls are native buttons, links, and form fields that work with a keyboard, and every focused control shows a visible focus ring.
  • Form fields have labels; errors are announced and are not conveyed by color alone.
  • Dialogs trap focus, close with Escape, and return focus to where you were.
  • Text and interactive elements meet the 4.5:1 and 3:1 contrast ratios.
  • Images carry text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Animation is turned off when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the underlying code instead.

Known limitations

  • The restaurant dashboard is designed for desktop browsers and needs a window at least about 1360 pixels wide. It does not yet reflow to narrow widths or to 400% zoom (WCAG 1.4.10 and 1.4.4). Public pages and the login and signup pages do reflow.
  • The FullFork iOS app supports Dynamic Type and VoiceOver on its core screens, but has not been fully audited; a separate statement for the app will follow.

Report a barrier

If anything on FullFork is hard to use with assistive technology, email fullforkapp@gmail.com with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the technology you use (for example VoiceOver, JAWS, switch control, or keyboard only). We aim to reply within two business days and will offer the information or service another way while we fix the issue.
